On the site of the Oakridge Lutheran Church, a new mixed-use development is taking shape. Above two levels of parking are a retail space, the new Oakridge Lutheran Church, and 4 levels of affordable rental housing.
46 rental homes will offer a range of layouts, unit types, and rents. Studios, 1 bedrooms and 2 bedroom apartments are scheduled to be available for rent on December 1, 2019.
Hannelore will be jointly owned and operated by the OLC Housing Society and Catalyst Community Developments Society.
Hannelore is located in Oakridge near the corner of Cambie Street & 41st Avenue, in close proximity to a variety of amenities and transit services:
